• Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Certain items, as explicitly noted on their product page, are made-to-order or customized. These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale): For the safety and hygiene of our community, the following are non-returnable:
  • Ceiling Lamps & Floor Lamps (due to electrical components and safety regulations).
  • Pet Beds (for hygiene reasons).
  • Any item not in its original, unused, unassembled condition, or missing packaging/hardware.

4. Ordering and Payment Terms

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline it for any reason, including inventory availability or suspected fraud.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely. Your payment card will be charged upon order confirmation.

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your country, which are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Service Area: We deliver to a global community, excluding select remote regions and parts of Asia.

• Order Processing: All orders are carefully prepared within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking notification via email. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Your Responsibility upon Delivery: Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any visible damage to the carrier and to us at [email protected] within 48 hours.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-centric. Please review our detailed Shipping & Returns page for full procedures.

• Timeframe: Requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Item Condition: Items must be in original, unused, unassembled condition, with all packaging, tags, and hardware intact.
• Process: Contact Customer Care first for an RMA number. Do not ship items back without authorization.
• Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

• Timing: Processed within 5-7 business days after we approve your return. Appearance in your account depends on your payment provider (5-10 days for cards, 3-5 days for PayPal).
• Method: Issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our error. For free shipping orders where a return brings the total below $50, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted.
